Ms. Hayes is the owner and founder of Distinguished Coaching, LLC. She is an Associated Certified Coach (ACC) as credentialed by International Coach Federation (ICF). ICF is the gold standard in coaching and the benchmark for the professional coaching industry.
With almost 30 years of Human Resources Business Partner experience in the financial services industry. She has a strong expertise in career counseling, employee relations, staffing, training, delivery, team building and conflict resolution. Donna is also Series 7 & Series 63 registered.
